Adoration of Jenna Fox
by Mary E. Pearson
After an accident that left 16y/o Jenna in a coma for a year, she wakes up unable to remember anything of her personal life. She can still remember external life events, but nothing about her or her family. The members of her family seem to know more than they are willing to tell; her grandmother in particular almost seems to dislike her now... but why?
She had to re-learn how to walk, speak, act and even feel emotions.
She has been whisked away from the familiar Boston to California, been removed from all that was before except her family. Things do not add up and she wants to know the truth of what happened in her life and why she seems so different since the accident.

The truth will be a hard thing for Jenna, but will it be worth finding out?
A rather different view to most science fiction novels looked at for consideration. Appears to have a nice twist that could be rather transparent if you are familiar with genre though.
An ultimate story of self discovery, or rediscovery, as this case may be.
